Salad Days, a health-focused food brand in India, has raised 30 crore rupees (around US$3.4 million) in a series A funding round co-led by V3 Ventures and Client Associates Alternate Fund.
This is the company’s first institutional funding after over a decade of operating as a bootstrapped and profitable business.
The funds will be used to expand Salad Days’ omnichannel presence by opening new stores and enhancing technology.
The company plans to invest in talent acquisition, marketing initiatives, menu innovations, and explore additional sales channels.
