Digital documentation of cultural heritage has experienced significant growth in recent years, primarily due to technological advancements in computer science.Documentation studies rely on photogrammetry and laser scanning, which are becoming increasingly practical and efficient.However, since these data collection methods cannot always produce complete and complete data, data fusion is necessary to meet the requirements.For this study, three cultural heritage artifacts were selected.The documentation process used SfM-based photogrammetry and IPAD PRO LiDAR methods for practical, fast, and cost-effective data fusion.However, further research is needed to determine the usability of the IPAD PRO LiDAR method in documentation studies and to assess the accuracy and sensitivity of the data fusion.Statistical analyses were conducted to assess the advantages and disadvantages of IPAD PRO LiDAR scanning and to determine the accuracy of data fusion..
